About Pop Ups & Parties
Pop Ups & Parties provides event rentals, event décor, balloon services, marquee letters, backdrops, catering carts, and related event services. Information displayed on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding agreement to provide services or reserve rental items. Submitting an inquiry through our website does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is not considered confirmed until Pop Ups & Parties has accepted the proposal or agreement, the required deposit has been received, and any required rental or service agreement has been completed.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information, photographs, descriptions, pricing, and availability displayed on this website are accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Event pricing may vary depending on event date, location, guest count, rental items, installation requirements, travel, customization, and other factors. Because many of our services are custom-designed, colors, balloon arrangements, inventory, materials, and final designs may vary from photographs shown on the website. Reference photos provided by clients or found online may be used as inspiration but do not guarantee an identical finished product.
Inquiries & Quotes
When you submit an inquiry, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry and may change if event details, quantities, location, setup requirements, or other circumstances change. A quote is not a reservation unless otherwise stated in writing.
Rentals & Services
Specific rental terms, payment requirements, cancellation policies, delivery terms, damage policies, weather policies, and other obligations may be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, rental agreement, or service agreement. If there is a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed rental or service agreement, the signed agreement will control.
Payments
Payment requirements, deposits, balances, taxes, delivery fees, setup fees, travel fees, and other charges will be disclosed in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement. A deposit may be required to reserve a date and rental inventory. Submitting an inquiry does not hold a date or inventory.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, refund, and date-change policies are governed by the applicable rental or service agreement provided to the client. Because event dates and inventory are reserved specifically for individual clients, cancellation policies may apply even when an event is canceled for reasons outside of Pop Ups & Parties' control.
Balloons & Outdoor Events
Balloons and other décor are affected by weather, temperature, wind, sunlight, moisture, and other environmental conditions. Outdoor installations may require adjustments, relocation, additional equipment, or cancellation when conditions create a safety or product-damage concern. Pop Ups & Parties reserves the right to modify or decline an installation when weather or venue conditions make the installation unsafe or impractical. Specific weather policies will be provided in the applicable service agreement.
Catering Carts & Food-Related Services
Certain catering cart services may include food, toppings, serving supplies, or equipment depending on the package selected. Specific food offerings, serving quantities, allergies, dietary restrictions, and other food-service details will be addressed in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Clients are responsible for notifying Pop Ups & Parties of known allergies or dietary concerns before the event.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information and ensuring that Pop Ups & Parties has appropriate access to the event location for delivery, setup, installation, and pickup. Clients may also be responsible for obtaining venue approval, permits, or other permissions when required. Additional charges may apply when access, parking, loading, setup conditions, venue restrictions, or other circumstances differ from the information provided at the time of booking.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including photographs, logos, graphics, written content, designs, branding, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Pop Ups & Parties unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission.
User-Submitted Content
